Kaye complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Kaye has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.

You may request a copy of your Personal Information by emailing us at support@Kayeapp.com with the subject line "Personal Information Request". Please send the email from the same address associated with your Kaye account and include your Kaye username to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days with files containing all your information.

5. Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information

You may review, update, correct, or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your account settings. You may disable your Kaye account in your account settings. Disabling your account removes any Personal Information attached to your account and anonymizes your statistical data.

7. Our Policy Toward Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.
