Kaye has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.

You may request a copy of your Personal Information by emailing us at support@Kayeapp.com with the subject line "Personal Information Request". Please send the email from the same address associated with your Kaye account and include your Kaye username to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days with files containing all your information.
You may review, update, correct, or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your account settings. You may disable your Kaye account in your account settings. Disabling your account removes any Personal Information attached to your account and anonymizes your statistical data.
Kaye is committed to safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with Personal Information without consent, they should contact us at support@Kayeapp.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
